About Us

Neaves & Co - Chartered Surveyors Limited was formed in October 2017.  

The company has two Directors, these being Christopher and Charlotte Neaves.

Christopher has 20+ years experience in the construction industry working for clients, contractors, sub-contractors and lawyers.  Further, he specialises in dispute resolution having experience in the UK and internationally.

Charlotte manages the administration and business development side of the company. 

Steve Burling joined Neaves & Co - Chartered Surveyors Ltd as a Senior Consultant in April 2020.  Steve's new role will be heading up the Quantity Surveying and Project Management division, leaving Christopher to concentrate on the Dispute side of the business.  Steve has over 25+ years of experience in the construction industry in the UK and internationally. 

Supporting Christopher, Charlotte and Steve is a wider team of consultants who assist on projects as and when required.

We charge fees either on an hourly rate, fixed or capped amounts. We can suit all budgets with the flexibility to react to our clients needs.   

We are conveniently located in Ely, Cambridgeshire which has good transport links across the country and just over an hour by train to London Kings Cross or London Liverpool Street.
